Local calling throughout the PTCI service area just got better! You can now call anywhere in the PTCI service area from your landline phone with NO LONG DISTANCE CHARGES! Effective July 1, 2011, you simply dial the last seven digits of any number that is local to the colored areas reflected on the map! That’s it!
